1. This is a mail in contest only. No entries will be accepted by, fax, telephone, in person or other means.

2. This Contest is open to anyone worldwide.

3. You may enter the contest only once. Multiple submissions may be disqualified (see below for more information).

4. The winning entry will be selected by random drawing and the winner's name will be posted on the site the same day.

5. If the winner declines or is unable for any reason to execute the Prize after the acceptance, an alternate winner will be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

1. ELIGIBILITY
Contest is currently offered to anyone. Employees and directors of World Publications and SeaLife, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sport Diver, the Contest judging organization and World Publications, which are final and binding in all respects.

The Sponsors reserve the right to change, alter or modify the eligibility and prize structure. Sponsors shall, however, be under no obligation to make any such change, alteration or modification.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotional Period begins 10/01/04 and ends on 1/15/04. Entries received prior to or after said period are void. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the promotion at any time they deem appropriate by giving notice.

3. ENTRY
Your computer must accept cookies or any successor or similar technology (now known or hereafter devised or discovered) that Sponsors may use for the purposes of entry tracking. Access the Sport Diver web site at www.sportdiver.com. Complete the registration form online (if you have not already registered) by typing in your full name, complete home address (including zip code), home telephone number (including area code), e-mail address. Then follow the instructions at the Web site.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries or e-mail; for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions; for service provider/Internet/Web site/use net accessibility or availability; for traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention; for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

4. PRIZE DRAWING
One winner for the Prize will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received before termination of the entry period. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received within the time frame established in Rule 2 above.

5. PRIZE/ODDS
One Prize Package will be awarded monthly for the entire Promotional Period. The winner shall be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the month of the Promotional Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible, disqualification may result and an alternate winner selected.

Where permitted by law, winner agrees to grant to Sponsors, and those acting pursuant to its or their direction or control, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at anytime, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for or provide biographical information for use in any presentation or other activity, which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor. Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner or potential winner; and while not obligated to do so, Sponsors may in their sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Sponsors, in their sole discretion deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity.

By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that any Affidavit and/or Releases and any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Sponsors electronically, for example but not limited to, by e-mail or facsimile, and such secured Affidavit and/or Releases and permission will have the same force and effect as if any of them had been secured in a written document physically executed by the winner.

Further, by accepting a prize, each winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsors and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest. Void where prohibited.

This offer may not be extended beyond the terms set herein.

The prize is non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the Web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Sponsors may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web-site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Web site.

Sponsors are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the Web site. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest.

Sponsors' failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond their control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction to its properties or of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and to select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsors deem fair and equitable. 8. DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in Orange County, Florida, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Florida without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
