Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, visit www.sportdiver.com/bahamascommunity, complete the registration, and submit your personal photos or videos of Big Animals in the Bahamas.  Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. There will be an additional Winner randomly selected from entrants of Phase II of this contest.

Sponsor will select 5 initial finalists from all eligible entries received on or about April 15 2008. Finalists will be posted on-line during Phase II of contest commencing on or about May 1, 2008.

PHASE II
When 5 finalists have been chosen by Sponsor, finalists' photos and/or videos will be posted online for final voting by the readers of Sportdiver.com. Voting will end on July 1, 2008. Two winners will be selected one by random drawing of entries in the voting process and one to the entrant of the winning photo and/or video. Final winners will be determined by the Sponsor and notified by email on or about July 2, 2008.

The winner must reply with all contact information requested within fourteen (14) days from the date notification e-mail was sent or their prize will be forfeit and another winner will be selected. Winner must also sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

You have not yet won.  2 Prize winners will each receive: 4 nights  accommodations for two people (Double occupancy room) at the Orange Hill Beach Club, and 3 days Diving with Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas (two tanks daily)– includes Shark Diving. BBQ lunch daily while diving at Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas included, as well as gear and air.  Not valid over major holidays and subject to availability. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, airfare, sales taxes, gratuities, meals (excluding BBQ lunches while diving), ground transportation, and all incidental expenses, are the winner's sole responsibility. Winners have 12 months from the signing date of the Affidavit of Eligibility to redeem their prize. Odds of winning depend on number of qualified entries received.  Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability.

Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
