In August, the staff of Monterey Bay Aquarium collected a young great white shark off Malibu, California. The new shark is the sixth great white collected by the aquarium, and the 4’ 7", 43-pound male has been on display in the aquarium's million-gallon Open Sea exhibit since August 31st. If you can't view the animal in person, check out this video of the animal being transferred to and swimming in the aquarium.
