Check out this video of artist Sue Austin, who has rigged a wheelchair with modified wings and Pegasus Thrusters, allowing a wheelchair-bound person to explore the underwater world we all love. I worked with the IAHD for a few months in Singapore and I was inspired. This is very cool.
