On World Ocean Day, 8th June 2011, Project AWARE Foundation relaunched the 21-year old organization with new strategies to combine grassroots action with policy change to protect the ocean. Project AWARE’s relaunch signals the start of an even more powerful movement where divers can unite like never before to protect the world’s oceans. 

Together we're taking a stand for two critical ocean conservation issues: Sharks in Peril and Marine Debris. You can join us and make a big difference today, in the water and on the web.
