Put ocean protection on the Earth Day map this April!
The time is now to put ocean protection on the Earth Day map this April 22nd. Here’s how to get started:
1. Volunteer. Choose from hundreds of global Dive for Earth Day activities on the volunteer map.
2. Contact the local event organizer and Dive for Earth Day! Whether it’s an underwater cleanup, shark petition campaign or conservation video project, you can be sure you’re helping to protect the ocean planet this Earth Day.
To date, nearly 2,000 activities and thousands of dive volunteers have focused on underwater cleanups, mooring buoy installation projects, reef surveys and much more during this annual event. Take action during Earth Day, April 22nd and every day. Visit www.projectaware.org.
