We’re inching toward our goal of 100,000 signatures by June 8th, World Ocean Day. But urgent political action to protect sharks is still needed - now more than ever. Your shark signatures are already on the move. Just days ago, we met with the Head of the Species Conservation Unit in Australia, and the International Policy Advisor for the U.S. Office of International Affairs, to talk about shark protection and share Project AWARE’s “Give Shark a Fighting Chance” petition campaign.
