OWN A PIECE OF PARADISE -- DOMINICA

OWN A PIECE OF PARADISEDominica has much to offer for those who are ready to leave town and start a new life in the tropics. The diving is great, the temperature is fantastic year-round, English is the official language and some properties are still in the affordable range. But there's a lot to consider before taking the plunge. Can you buy property or land? Do you have to live there to own? What are the taxes and fees involved in purchasing property? It can get pretty complicated, so www.sportdiver.com has compiled a brief list of resources for the adventurous.
