The Artemis from IST is not just a typical smaller version of a men’s BC. It was designed exclusively for women divers, by women divers. Made of heavy denier nylon for durability and cut specifically to accommodate the female body, the J1300 Artemis features a thick back pad for extra support and supplemental padding around the hips and waist for extra comfort. The power inflator is sized for smaller female hands, and the angled weight pockets have been engineered for easier release.
