To lighten the load on this wraparound BC, OMS replaced the typical backpack with a custom-designed single-cylinder holder that is lighter and offers a lower profile. They also used tough, double-coated 1,680-denier material for maximum durability. Features weight integration and 52 pounds of lift (size L).CONTACT omsdive.com

The dive world is getting smaller by the day thanks to more numerous and more frequent airline service to heaps of our favorite destinations. It’s never been easier to reach dive destinations that will truly blow your mind. But with increasing baggage restrictions and charges, getting there with all your favorite gear is becoming more and more difficult — and expensive.
SCUBAPRO’s Litehawk BC
I’ve been pretty attached to my BC for about eight years, but I was intrigued by the wing design of SCUBAPRO’s Litehawk BC and wanted to try it out on my trip to Grenada in November. This back-buoyancy BC offers a clutter-free harness design with a low-profile, high-lift air cell. The rig carries zero inherent buoyancy, yet it still provides ample padding in the back and lumbar areas, and even partially around the waist. Swivel shoulder buckles allow you to route straps under your arms for a dialed-in fit.
