Saturday May 24th
5:00 – 7:00pm

• Welcome Reception, Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort (beverages and appetizers)
• Register for Event & Meet the Photo & Video Pros: David Fleetham, Marty Snyderman, Ty Sawyer, Jeff Leicher and Doug Perrine.
• Special Presentation "Diving in Hawaii", by David Fleetham.
• Go over rules, new award categories and schedule for the week.

7:30 – 8:30pm

• Preparing your photo gear for diving.

Sunday, May 25th
7:30am - Pick up from the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort
8:00am - Dive with Participating Dive Operators
3:30 – 5:00pm – Seminar: "Photo Composition", by Ty Sawyer
5:30 – 7:30pm – Body Glove Sunset Cruise – Appetizers and Drinks
8:30 – 9:30pm – Image Review/Critique in Seminar Room – doors close at 10:00pm.

Monday, May 26th
7:30am - Pick up from the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort
8:00am - Dive with Participating Dive Operators
3:30 – 5:00pm - Seminar: "Helpful Hints Shooting Macro/Wide Angle", by Marty Snyderman.
5:00 – 6:00pm – Video Seminar: by Jeff Leicher
7:30 – 9:30pm – Image Review/Critique in Seminar Room – doors close at 10:00pm.

Tuesday, May 27th
7:30am - Pick up from the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort
8:00am - Dive with Participating Dive Operators
3:30 – 4:30pm – Seminar: "Shooting at Night", by David Fleetham.
5:30pm – Pick up from the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort for the Night Dive
8:30 – 9:30pm – Image Review/Critique in Seminar Room – doors close at 10:00pm.

Wednesday, May 28th
7:30am - Pick up from the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort
8:00am - Dive with Participating Dive Operators
2:30 – 4:30pm – BODY GLOVE Kids Snorkeling Treasure Hunt (Ages 6-17) Kailua Pier
3:30 – 5:00pm – Seminar: "Digital Workflow", by Doug Perrine.
7:30 – 9:30pm – Image Review in Seminar Room.

Thursday, May 29th
7:30am - Pick up from the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort
8:00am - Dive with Participating Dive Operators
7:00pm – SPECIAL PHOTO PRESENTATION BY THE PHOTO PROS

Friday, May 30th
Open Day – Book Additional dives, Shoot Topside Images, Review Images.
10:00am – PICK YOUR BEST IMAGES
7:00 – 9:00pm – All Images must be submitted for Photo Competition – Doors close 9:00pm.

Saturday, May 31st
10:00am – Final Edited Videos must be submitted for Video Competition.
6:00pm – Awards Ceremony / Dinner at Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort.

Sunday, June 1st – Departure Day
