Are you the Sport Diver of the year?
Do you know a PADI Diving Society member who truly epitomizes the dive life? Someone who is infectious in his or her devotion to diving, someone who eats, sleeps and breathes diving and is a walking (OK, swimming) ambassador for the the world's ultimate sport and lifestyle?
Then spread the word, because Sport Diver and the PADI Diving Society are teaming up to find the "Sport Diver of the Year". To be eligible, a diver must meet the following criteria:
- Be a current member of and active in the PADI Diving Society.
- Be nominated by a PADI-certified diver, a PADI Diving Society member or a PADI professional.
That's it. If you know a PADI Diving Society member who should be the first "Sport Diver of the Year," tell us. In 150 words or less, explain why you believe that person deserves to be chosen.
The winning diver, together with the dive buddy who made the nomination, will win a trip from the nearest major U.S. air gateway to a truly legendary diving destination, and the winner will get a pile of swag and be announced and profiled in the December issue of Sport Diver
