CoCo View Resort - Scuba divers the world over attest to the great diving, ambience, and professionalism at top rated CoCo View Resort where the Caribbean's most spectacular scuba diving lies literally "a snorkel away from the bar." If you hang out with other divers, there's a good chance that you know some of our CoCo Nut Club members. These are die-hard divers that have returned 5 times or more, and are responsible for giving CoCo View one of the highest return guest rates in the world. And many of them swore they would never go back to the same place twice!

CoCo View beach diving is so good that many divers "miss the boat" on purpose! All, around, the dive operation is first rate. No cattle boats here, and your gear is safely stored right on the dock just a few yards from your boat. There are fresh water showers and dunk tanks everywhere, and a 150 bottle tank rack assures that there's air when you want it--24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Teachers

Marty Snyderman - By profession, Marty is a still photographer, cameraman, and film producer specializing in issues concerning marine wildlife and the marine environment. Mary loves to be in the water with a camera, and over the years has pursued a particular interest in sharks and other large marine creatures. While he thoroughly enjoys photographing the "big boys'"his comprehensive library is filled with strong images of subjects ranging from tiny invertebrates to whales, from majestic kelp forests to colorful coral reefs, from divers at play to people at work underwater.

Franklin Viola - Franklin frequently authors articles on natural history, photography, and travel. He is the photo pro for IKELITE, a leading manufacturer of underwater photographic equipment. He is a graduate of Texas AandM University at Galveston, 1982, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science and Marine Transportation. He served six years in the U. S. Merchant Marine, and advanced his U. S. Coast Guard Licence to Second Mate Unlimited Tonnage and Master of 1600 Ton Vessels. He was honored in 1994 by the BBC and the London Museum of Natural History as the Wildlife Photographer of the Year in the category of Animal Behavior with his photograph entitled "Tube Sponge Releasing Eggs."

Rick Frehsee - Rick is one of the most respected and accomplished underwater and travel photographers in the world. Rick began his career in the early 1970s as a research diver and marine biologist (University of Georgia, University of Miami), returning to teach in the Florida University system as a diving officer and Assistant Professor of Marine Technology. During this time he served as an expedition photographer, cave specialist and aquanaut (saturation diver), living undersea for weeks at a time in various undersea habitat projects in the Bahamas and the Florida Keys. He has worked as a photographer/cinematographer for Jacques Cousteau, and conducted research assignments on various scientific projects such as the Bahamas and Belize holes, archaeological shipwrecks and the Atomic shipwreck at Bikini Atoll.

Jay Ireland & Georgienne Bradley -

Georgienne Bradley and Jay Ireland are the driving forces behind Bradley Ireland Productions. Five-time Emmy award winner Stan Waterman, has called them two of today's most promising young filmmakers. The duo just finished their second children's production for PBS / WGBH "Zoom". They also filmed and field produced three episodes of Paramount's "Wild Things." The Disney Channel's "Going Wild" used Jay as cameraman and Bradley Ireland's stock footage has appeared in many other venues.

Georgienne's credits include Time Magazine, National Geographic Magazine and BBCMagazine.
Armed with an extensive biology background and fluency in Spanish, Georgienne served as the Latin American Representative for the Cousteau Society. Growing up in Northern California, Jay spent years hiking the forest and free-diving in kelp, giving him an innate sense of animal behavior. Today he uses this honed instinct to precisely position himself to get the payoff shot! Jay is co-founder of the Cayman Islands renowned Stingray City. In 1986, Jay noted a particular behavior in a population of stingrays. By feeding the animals, he habituated them to divers, making Stingray City the single most frequently photographed underwater attraction in the world.
