With over 27 years of diving the waters of St. Vincent & the Grenadines, macro marine life identification has become the specialty of Dive St. Vincent and has earned it the title of "Critter Capital of the Caribbean." Located at the Young Island Dock (right near where “Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed”), Dive St. Vincent operates a fleet of three dive boats to avoid that "Cattle Boat" feeling. Depending on the time of year, visitors are apt to see various crabs, shrimps, nudibranchs, slugs, flatworms, anemones, bivalves, tunicates, etc. For those that prefer just reef diving, the reefs are alive and healthy. It is not uncommon to see various hamlets, blue bar jaw fish, bat fish, sunshine fish, purple reef fish, chalk bass, black ear bass, pudding wife, beaugregory, yellow cheek bass, frogfish, sea horses, and all the normal reef fish. It is a short boat ride to any one of over 30 dive sites. Warm clear water, slow relaxed diving, long interval times and lots of sunshine make for a great dive day at Dive St. Vincent. The efficient and professional dive team is complimented with an equally efficient and professional office staff that is there to assist guests in putting together an exciting dive trip.
