Islander Properties Signs Agreement With Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Islander Properties, the newest hotel managing company based in Cozumel, Mexico, is proud to announce that effective August 1st 2007, there has been a signed franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, one of the most successful companies in the hotel business.

With a new investment of millions dollars, this resort formerly known as Reef Club & Sabor, will be upgraded to reach the standard of Wyndham worldwide known.

As August 1 st, 2007 the new hotel will be branded as "Wyndham Cozumel Resort & SPA" and will offer a total of 402 rooms in five different categories, some of them family oriented and 72 rooms is an adults only section.

Carlos Del Pino, Managing Director of "Islander Properties", mentioned he was proud with this new commercial agreement that will be shortly reflected in other hotels in the region, managed by this company.

"We wanted to affiliate with Wyndham due to its prestigious global brand focused on the market that looks for quality and service and felt that Wyndham Hotels & Resorts was an ideal partner for us," added Mr Del Pino.

In addition to this, Doug Smith, Managing Director - Latin America and Caribbean for "Wyndham Hotels & Resorts" said "We are proud to open our options for travelers into the Mexican Caribbean on the four and five star all inclusive properties.. "

Cozumel property will have a reliable impact as the most complete resort in the Island.
