Critter of the Day: Emperor Shrimp

While in Bali, I learned of the emperor shrimp’s knack for making its home on sea cucumbers and nudibranchs, so I spent two days trying to find one.
For this shot, I focused on a black background. I love the contrast between the warm colors of the shrimp and the cooler tones of the nudibranch.
