How will your kids be spending their summer vacation? The Whale Shark and Oceanic Research Center at Utila Lodge is offering a marine conservation program for parents, grandparents and children in June and July 2015 that hopes to teach kids about preserving the environment.

Participants who attend the annual coral spawning event will learn about coral reef ecology and conservation through a series of interactive lectures and workshops run by marine biologists.
