Aqua Lung Dimension i3

SPECS

» Style Back Buoyancy
» Weight System Mechanical: Ditchable Pouches and Tank Band Trim Pouches

www.aqualung.com
**
PRICE RANGE** Over $400

TEST STATS Real-World Performance: 5 (EXCELLENT)

PERFORMANCE
The Dimension i3 marries several innovative features from previous Aqua Lung BC lines into a back-inflation system. Testers found it to be comfortable and stable in all diving positions, and liked the SureLock II integrated-weight system’s effectiveness and ease of use. In terms of comfort, the Dimension has little competition. Its Wrapture harness system, swivel-shoulder buckles, self-adjusting lumbar support and solid backpack made it a favorite among testers. The only trade-off encountered was the relatively small drop-down zipper pouch that, while functional, doesn’t provide much storage space. The unique feature of the Dimension is the i3 inflation system, a small lever located on the left pocket that allows the diver to inflate/deflate. Our testers had little prior experience with the inflation system, but rated it highly.

BEST FOR Travel, general recreational diving, underwater photography
