Genesis Scuba has announced their new Odyssey weight-integrated back-inflation BCD for 2022. Check out the details below.

GENESIS SCUBA ODYSSEY BCD

This back-inflation BCD has been designed with dive travel in mind and is perfect for tropical conditions where divers don’t want to carry a ton of weight. The air cell provides 38 pounds of buoyant lift. A series of bungees holds the air cell close to the body for a streamlined profile in the water. The system uses a single tank strap, which makes it very easy to get in and out of a tank holder when boat diving. Integrated weight pockets hold 10 pounds apiece while two trim pockets can each hold 5 pounds. The BCD features two zippered pockets and a built-in octo holder. The Odyssey weighs only 7 pounds and folds down flat for easy packing. Retail price is $460.
