GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH NAN-SEA CHARTERS!

Just came back from a dive trip to Vieques/Nan Sea Divers (April 20th). There were four of us (with experience ranging from 20-25 years) and we all had a wonderful time. We were impressed by the efficient way Dave and Chipper get a dive together and, of course, their experience. They were strictly concerned at all times about our safety & comfort, & claim no injuries in all the time they've been in business. We also thought the $100 pp price was a little steep, but the extra service they provided was top notch. We could leave all or part of our gear on the boat after a day's diving, and Dave and Chipper would rinse it out and have it ready for the next day's dive, sparing us the chore of rinsing & drying all that gear by ourselves back at our condo.

The diving was very good, some dives I would have to rate as spectacular. Typical visibility was 60-80 ft. From what I heard, Black Beard is no longer doing boat dives (for which they charged $120 pp), just shore dives (at $50 each). Our gang did a total of 8 boat dives and 1 shore (mosquito pier--gotta do it!!) and totally enjoyed every one.

Stayed at Pelican Beach Villas #2, great place, great price.
